In 2020, #HeritageToronto placed this plaque at Thomas Pomphrey's R.C. Harris Filtration Plant, an Art Deco gem. Known as the “Palace of Purification,” it is an architectural and engineering landmark celebrated for its blend of form and function. Great water-themed bas reliefs.
