Have the Cardinals fired John Mozeliak yet?
@ArrogantMozToday could be the day…
I’m one of the more pessimistic fans when it comes to this team, but I am going to predict that Goldy shows progress in May and then goes on an absolutely tear in June.
Arenado should ONLY look for pitches on the inner third w/less than two strikes for now. Get back to timing pitches to meet with contact during his launch phase to pull for power. Adjust later during two strike counts. If it’s on the middle or put third with spin, let it go.
How about we hold umpires accountable by fining them for unjust ejections. There are cameras everywhere, if there is no evidence after an investigation and review, then MLB should impose a hefty fine. This has become a rabbit ear clown show.
The Aaron Boone fan ejection just got a sequel
Thought for the day… Politics are a distraction. Whatever side you’re on, you’re being manipulated.
Today is #STLCards pitcher Lance Lynn’s 37th birthday, but he bought gifts for all his teammates. He gave all his teammates mock turtleneck T-shirts and gaudy, oversized gold chains to wear on today’s flight to California.
The ability to evaluate talent in every capacity of the franchise…players to front office. It’s stale and outdated and they refuse to change.
Cardinals lose 7th straight game 🥲☠️ This is a safe place Cardinals fans. What’s the biggest issue with this team?
Remember that one time when, an MLB manager led his team to a record 17 consecutive wins, clinching a playoff berth for a third consecutive season... only to get fired the following month? This is the aftermath. #STLCards #ForTheLou
If the @Cardinals lose tonight, they will have lost 114 of their 200 games since getting swept by the Phillies in the 2022 Postseason making for a .430 winning percentage. This is on ownership and the Front Office. #STLCards #ForTheLou
I hate being so negative. I love this team. I've been an #STLCards fan my whole life. I want this team to thrive and be perennial champions. But I just don't see it unless serious changes are made. #ForTheLou
I’ll bet Mo watches Moneyball every night before he goes to bed. He fantasizes about wanting to be like Billy Beane.
Sell the team and stay in Ohio where you belong. While we are all at it, let’s keep nerds out of baseball.
If I can remember the one moment when the Cardinals first started backsliding, it was when Mike Matheny put Michael Wacha in to pitch to Travis Ishikawa. It was the moment I realized Matheny was in over his head to manage…and how this F.O. Was lucky to be able to have TLR.
The Cardinals are the laughing stock of the league right now. Yet DeWitt and Mo are letting this clown show continue. What an embarrassment.
This is like watching a JV softball game. This team is shitty and the fact that not one person has been fired (this is a professional sports team) is a slap in the face to every single fan. Eat shit.
If this actually happens, no way should Mo have any say about the next manager. The season would be a loss cause by then, so why not let Stubby take a crack at the interim position?
Source: Cardinals manager Oli Marmol is starting to lose supporters in the front office and the current feeling is he has 2-3 weeks to turn this season around before a possible firing. #Cardinals #MLB
Watching this team is equivalent to watching every Walker, Texas Ranger episode on repeat.
Oli is by far worse than Matheny as a manager. I didn’t think it was possible, but here we are.
