Fun fact about me: I have my phone on silent 24/7 with no vibrate setting been like it for about year. I like the idea that I will look at my phone when the time feels right for me and I can focus on what I want to at that moment. I also have no social media notifications.

Been fitting Viessmann for a 4/5 years but feel like the customer service/engineer support isn’t there even had few boilers come wired up incorrect from factory which makes me wonder about the QA checks. Shall I move back to Vaillant? Only thing I don’t like is the alloy hex.
