I don’t think I have ever tasted anything quite as good as this! Strawberry, vanilla mousse, sirop, basil, fennel, tarragon and mint, sorbet in the centre…..with a Jurançon rouge wine (never knew this existed in red) like a nectar of paradise in the combination of 🍓 and 🌿
