Nope. Rising medical cost just makes the healthcare to be further less accessible to the poor. Healthier habits of the society can be developed through well rounded policies, eg: walkable cities + removal of sugar + others; give ppl more time to workout + sleep sufficiently.
Is rising medical costs enough for us to make healthier habits? Cut sugar, cut goreng-goreng, exercise 3x a week? Make real effort to manage stress and sleep better? Something for me to think about. New years resolution around the corner anyway, good timing

Not many know that BNM already regulates the insurance industry. Every premium increase has to be justified to the regulators. The problem here is that BNM and KKM as regulators are out of sync regulating private medical care and insurance industry.

Lain macam betul budak sekolah rendah. Mula mula ingatkan sekolah menengah. Parents murid ni tolong la pantau anak, yang bukan bukan je ditulisnya, risau memang dia dok mengusik budak autism dah sebelum ni sebab tu boleh tulis macam tu.
