4) @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In the last cycle, the broadband services were affected for 9 days (22-01, 01-02, 02-02, 05-02, 06-02, 18-02, 19-02, 22-02, 23-02)! I am on a 799/- per month plan which means 26/- per day. So, the waiver in the invoice has to be 235/-
3) @airtelindia With this context, I would like a revised bill for the period 23 Jan to 22 Feb after necessary deductions basis downtime. My subscriber number is 022102767984_mh. Failing to get a positive revert from you on this will result in loss of a subscriber.
2) @airtelindia Like you are adding late payment charges to the consumer bill, is it not fair on your part to also not charge the consumers for the duration in which your internet services are down?
1) @airtelindia - Facing regular disruptions on my Airtel Xstream Fiber services over the last 2 months in Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai area. Once the issue begins it is down for a minimum of 12-24 hours and we just keep getting sms from Airtel with a new expected time to resume!
