This afternoon, we were joined by some members of the Royal British Legion for a special Collective Worship. We shared our class reflections about Remembrance. It was a pleasure to share our learning with such important people in our community. @PoppyLegion @RoyalLyne

Two unknown Scottish #WWI soldiers were today laid to rest by serving soldiers of the Royal Regiment of Scotland at our newly built cemetery extension in northern France. 📍 Loos British Cemetery Extension
We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of D-Day veteran Don Sheppard. After serving in North Africa and Sicily in WW2, Don landed on Juno Beach on 6 June 1944 and spent three months as a despatch rider and driver in Normandy.

More good news - @mitie’s won a contract with @SW_Help, building on our expertise in the rail sector. The team will provide security guarding and intelligence services across SWR’s entire network, which transports 220,000 passengers each day!
