Yes and it's frustrating. Algorithms on all social channels demote links. Pretty significant issue for people like me who want to share writing. It's not beneficial to the platform to serve users content that takes them off the platform.
Incredible chart. I was thinking the other day that it feels like good essays have gotten rarer. I hardly ever come across them anymore—which is ridiculous since seeking out good writing is why I log onto this website in the first place. Is it just the stupid algorithm?
Same thing here. Slow the action down and make the defender do something. He doesn't climb so Ben just resets deeper and they run PnR. Guard still goes under but the big isn't expecting him to. State forces the miscommunication. Small, little adjustments!

This is nasty from Michael O'Connell. Always seeing things, never in a hurry. Fine decision if he shoots the 3, but catching the guard out of position to get back under the screen and attacking the big on the back side of it creates 2 on the ball. And then another great pass
State not getting much from the ball screens and zooms. A handful of good post-up possessions settled things down and it started winning with defense. Defensive intensity wasn't great the first three games but certainly was in that half.
State was slogging a bit on offense, not responding well to Colgate going under all the screens. Turned defense to offense, got out and ran. Opportunistic approach in transition paying off right now.

One of the coolest things about college sports, which is unique to the institution, is what it means to a traditionally poor program to find some juice. This and regional rivalries are really the heart and soul of the sport, two things TV networks are down to destroy.
