OMG I'm actually screaming over how cute this Ryokan is!! 😭 We also have our own private onsen outside overlooking the skytree and I'm SO excited to just exist in it for like 3hrs straight later!
Today was the last morning in Kyoto. Had such a nice time here and it's been SUCH a beautiful place to visit. Now off to explore Tokyo ✌️🇯🇵
Yesterday was the first day of the trip that we had a free afternoon so took the opportunity to do some shopping! May have started a little strong though as we're not even in Tokyo yet 😅 Add on all the little bits I've picked up and I'm going to need that second suitcase soon!..
Stumbled upon a really cool My hero academia pop up today and ended up getting a little acrylic standy because the designs were so cool! Also the t-shirts the characters are wearing were all for sale as well which was such a cool idea!
Currently sat in a yakatori place in Kyoto in autumn when it was 22'c out earlier, listening to a mariachi version of jingle all the way drinking plum wine and eating a questionable amount of food... Life is good ✌️
Been in Japan for 3 days and I've already decided that I absolutely NEED a kei car in my life!!! ✌️
First stop on today's schedule is coffee! Tis the first non canned coffee I've had since we got here and I'm absolutely here for it. Also I can't even describe how good that french toast was 😍
Had a suuuper fun day out exploring Miyajima! Saw the Torii gate, climbed a literal mountain, saw loads of cool shrines along the way and watched all the deer be actual menaces in the town 😂 Now heading over to Osaka for our next stop! ✌️
