Reshade on Steam Deck comes with a shader called "rd_vhs_ra.fx" that gives a fantastic VHS effect. And since its systemwide, everything on screen from menus to all games. As a bonus point get the Pipboy theme from "css loader" while you're at it. #reshade #steamdeck #fallout
