The Nigerian Senate just introduced a bill to create a whole new agency for "repentant" Boko Haram members. Just like every other federal agency, this will have an MD, hundreds of staff & billions allocated to it every year to be siphoned as usual. This country is forsaken!
In a sane country, the senator introducing this bill would be placed under watch as a suspect. I personally strongly suspect him of being a Boko Haram sympathiser.
