To me, the most infuriating part of people’s decline in media literacy is the increasingly common wholesale abandonment of the entire concept of subtext — whether it’s in fiction, nonfiction, or even everyday life. You analyze the implications and get accused of making stuff up.

Who ya got? UCLA/Washington edition. This is a fascinating game between two teams fighting for bowl eligibility. UCLA has played better of late, but Washington is good at home. I expect both teams to play extremely hard with their respective postseason hopes on the line.
People need to stop slandering Penn State and Indiana. Both clearly deserve to be playoff teams as it stands now. If you’ve got a problem with that, then you haven’t been watching the games.

This is one of the dumbest posts I’ve ever seen. If you’ve been around since ~2006 and pretend there’s no pro-SEC bias, then you are willfully ignorant. But of course you are. Your entire show is you creating slack jawed, ridiculous strawman arguments so you can dismiss them.

That is the second worst loss of the entire PJ Fleck era. The team played down to the competition in a pathetic way. Geers fumble was inexcusable. The safety was a coaching mistake. Fleck just didn’t have his guys ready to give their best effort today.
