A year of saying yes will prob change your life.

At the end of a year of saying "yes" to most things, should you enter a year of "no"? "No" doesn't mean you no longer want to embrace change or opportunity. It just means you more closely protect your time and energy.

There's something interesting in practicing a Year of Yes. It opens doors, it invotes new relationships in your life,it celebrates the art of doing. But it isn't sustainable. If anything at the end you become increasingly aware of where your boundaries should lie.

Today I restarted my practice of gratitude journalling which is now a buzzy thing to do but for good reason. Writing down 3 things you're grateful for everyday is like a mini antidepressant.

What are your thoughts on Salesforce?

Imagine me scream crying about cat parasites to my bf blacking out at the thought of them crawling everywhere in the apartment. He takes the cat to the vet and the vets like "lol the cat is fine???" Please excuse me while I disappear into a dark hole of insanity bye.
