When I decided to forsake court advocacy and start my own non-contentious practice, I knew nothing of the philosophy of contract drafting. I read your book. I was completely won over by your reasoning on shall.


Hey @LIRR, does this rule apply to all personal electric vehicles or just those that are non-folding?
