I would add be a curious friend (rather than give feedback) . Showing vulnerability and humility in that curiosity gets leaders along side those they lead & builds trust. No one has all the answers, teams need time, contact & leadership to enable reall team trust & speak up.

Speaking up is important but I'm increasingly thinking that the focus needs to be on teaching our leaders and managers to listen up, take action and give feedback. Without this those who speak up will quickly stop bothering.
