It’s not easy to deal with mental health. Moments of distress comes and goes. Being okay takes so much courage. Grateful to survive each battle with a smile 😊
The moments where I’ve compromised myself and my values for something or someone… have by far been the most painful and important lessons I’ve learned. Grateful for every one.
Always be mindful of your geography. In a physical, mental and spiritual sense. Where you currently are, have been and where you want to travel. Remember beacons that got you here and craft paths to lead you to your destinations.
Work hard to absorb things as they are. Minimize forcing your mind’s projection or judgement on things both familiar and uncomfortable.
As women, we don’t want our partners to carry us. We just want them to hold our hands and support us. There’s a difference. 🔏
It can take a long time to find some kindness, it can take seconds to provide some.
