King, Learn to be bored. Your success in anything will have everything to do with your ability to delay gratification. Control where you get your dopamine. You can either get it from: 1. Scrolling, porn, junk food. Or 2. Building, sex, and real food. Your choice babe.
I’m off on a week-long dopamine reset/detox. My focus, productivity, and joy are rather low at the moment. I find that I’m in a cycle of low value, high dopamine activities. I’ll be refraining from social media among several other instant gratification tools. See you later!
The formula to get rich: 1. Use time to learn high value skills 2. Use skills to make money 3. Use money to buy assets that appreciate and produce income *Bonus* 4. Don’t upgrade lifestyle with income increases. 5. Only buy luxuries with asset income, not earned income.
You never need to force anything. The right people will respect your boundaries, and like you more for setting them. The right people will love who you are, and look past your shortcomings. When you show up as you unapologetically, the right people will find you.
Old systems are falling apart. You may be tempted to go back to what feels safe and comfortable. Don’t. Your highest version is waiting for you in the unknown.
The mind lies. The body never lies. The way out of the matrix is through feeling, not thinking. The mind is a great tool for: -research -cognition -Forming opinions But not for making decisions. Trust that you don’t have to think your way through life. Feel.
Have trouble keeping a schedule? Try making 3 lists everyday: • Impact list (your highest value activities) • to-do list (outsource if possible) • not-to-do list (anything you’re trying to cut out from your life) Make sure they’re all crossed off at the end of the day!
Write everyday. Read everyday. Rest everyday.
The most productive tool I learned this year was rest. Rest always precedes a breakthrough.
Write about yourself every day. What worked. What didn’t. What you could do better tomorrow. Overtime, You’ll start to notice your patterns and how you can pivot. Watch how quick you level up.
Want to be your best? 1. Replace masturbation with journaling, exercise, creating, and partner sex. 2. Replace scrolling with reading and learning. 3. Replace caffeine and alcohol with Whole Food, water, and tea. Simple, but not easy. Subtract and replace one at a time.
Look for shortcuts. Find the easy way. Just make sure the quality of the end result is the same as if you worked hard. That’s the way to innovate, automate, save time and energy.
