Report cards for the kidos came. My message after seeing B+ among long list of As: B+? We don’t get Bs in this family! [My own grades back in the day don't matter]. My message to my undergrads who got Bs but are unhappy with it, specially the premed ones, “B isn’t a bad grade!”
