The Democratic Party has a dark money problem and a problem with a class of people, from elected officials to consultants, who care more about their careers than actual delivering for people.

Democrats cannot say things like “overturn citizens united,” then continue to ignore the corporate & dark money presence in the party. The DNC will be electing a new chair early next year. Whoever is running must commit to getting dark money out of the party for good.

87% of Democratic voters support Medicare for All, yet Democrats can’t seem to run a Presidential candidate who will campaign on it. This isn’t difficult. Democrats do not cater to their base and that’s why they’re 1-2 against Trump. Let’s call it like it is.
People say “the radical left” and it’s just people who don’t think anyone should go bankrupt because they get a cancer diagnosis.
The Democrats don’t need to be “pushed to the left,” the Democratic Party needs to rid itself of corporate interests and dark money. That in itself will correct so many of the issues. The majority of the people want Medicare for All, tuition-free college, and don’t want war.
Any “rebuild” of the Democratic Party must include getting corporate influences OUT. GONE. From leadership to primaries: GONE. If not, it’s a waste of time, rearranging the chairs on the titanic.
