Good start to pre season for the firsts. 1-0 win v AFC Tutbury but minutes in the legs was all today was about. Pitch less than ideal but appreciate the boys from Tutbury getting the game on. OG ⚽️ See you in the season lads.

Linton 2 - 7 AFC Tutbury Playing on a mountain wasn’t ideal but we still got the job done. Kieron, Fletch and Kenan with a brace and a goal from Jacob. Kieron with another MOTM as he man handled their centre halves, a good reaction from Wednesdays draw.
After getting to the ground very early to get the game on, it did not go our way. Credit to @WhittUnited who punished us early on. 2nd half playing with 10 men was always going to be tough but gave it a good go. That quickly changed to 9, 8 then 7 men. The less said the better 🐟
Big win for the Res this morning against title chasing AFC Tutbury, who finished the game with ̶E̶l̶e̶v̶e̶n̶ ̶T̶e̶n̶ ̶N̶i̶n̶e̶ ̶E̶i̶g̶h̶t̶ seven men. A 4-1 victory secures the points with goals from Wildes, Patterson, Nielsen & A Butler with one a piece. 🔵⚫️🔵

1-0 defeat to @AshbyUnitedCFC this morning. Our First Choice cup journey has ended very short but no complaints. Playing top of the Prem was always going to be tough and we should have buried it with 2-3 easy chances but it is what it is. On to next Sunday at Edge Hill 🐟🐟
