The UAW stands in solidarity with the 45,000 courageous port workers fighting for economic justice. Without their labor, nothing in this country moves.

BREAKING: 45,000 port workers from Maine to Texas are on strike for the first time since 1977. The members of the International Longshoremen’s Association walked off the job after their contract expired. They're pushing for higher wages and to prevent job-killing automation.

You can buy my labor, but not my morals!!! 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️

Workers at @ABetterNYLAG picketed after management banned pro-Palestine posters in the workplace. They report management has ripped down posters they deem as violating the policy - everything from art of the Palestinian flag, to pictures of watermelons. The workers say free…

Thank you to @BTnewsroom for reporting on our picket! 📣✊

Big turnout for a @ABetterNYLAG lunchtime rally. Workers are protesting management’s ban of any materials related to Israel or Gaza that, the union says, effectively censors pro-Palestinian workers.

PRESS RELEASE: please read our official press release about our union’s fight against @nylag management’s reprehensible suppression of workers’ free speech and about our 9/17 lunchtime picket!

I won’t cross a picket line. Reacquainting myself with the Law Journal while the greedy executives at LexisNexis/Law360 learn the hard way. Solidarity all day, every day with the @law360union and @nyguild!
