The life blood of the new twitter is Russian disinformation. A fake video aiming to sow division between MAGA and Ukrainians has anout 50,000,000 views across all the accounts i could find. Video shows "Ukrainian soldiers" shooting and then burning mannequin in a MAGA hat.

A Russian disinformation operation has created over 300 fake videos impersonating more than 50 major news organisations this year. Ahead of the US election, the operation is attempting to sow division, claim the vote will be rigged and depict the US as a country near collapse.

The FBI has warned of two fake videos circulating online aimed at casting doubt around the US presidential election. These videos are v likely part of a wider Russian campaign @Shayan86 and I’ve been tracking for a long time 🧵 bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…



There are so many scam adverts on this site. I cannot think of any occasion on which I would buy a product on the basis of an ad here. In fact, I’m less likely to buy a product, if I see it on here. It’s all screwed up.
