A nightmare
Noise pollution is killing @CountyofLA After 5PM in @BurbankCA and leaf/dust blowers are still going. While we sleep and also during the day our central nervous system is being disrupted by harmful noise pollution. We have no functional govt. #NoisePollution #LosAngeles
