Is there a way to do math with a fixed value? This seems overkill. #PCG #unrealengine #UE5

In my #PCG graph I like to work with a full grid of aligned points right up to the end of of my graph when i add back in some random offsets and rotation. I copy the attribute I'm working with (mostly landscape layer info, normals, distance to spline/neighbor) to the density, I…

I thought I'd do a bit of a breakdown on some of my #PCG process from the race track featured in my previous post as its somewhat different from how I've seen most people using it. Below you can see its one PCG spawning within a set of custom static mesh shapes. #UnrealEngine

#ThrowbackThursday to my time at @WetaWorkshop where I supervised the build for the GreenGoblin costume along with Lans Hanson and Claire Prebble. It was a huge team effort and it was a fun challenge to hit the design while maintaining full acting mobility. More images on my…

We’re swinging right back to #TheAmazingSpider-Man2. Working with costume designer Deb Scott, we built this military exosuit fit for actor Dane DeHaan as the Green Goblin, with protective armour and weaponry. #wetaworkshop #spiderman #marvel #greengoblin #costume

Where The Duck Are They? Had fun making a little teaser of the gameplay so far! #ue5 #UnrealEngine #epicforindies #indiedev #indiegame #GameTrailer #duck

Added in some naughty pigs, they are making all the duck ponds muddy! First time rigging and weight paint a character for me, so it was a lot of fun learning. #UnrealEngine #ue5 #indiegame #indiedev #IndieGameDev #gaming

Ok so i got nanite skeletal mesh displacement work a bit better. Still think its probably not worth it even on extreme close up shots. But my bakes are a bit pants to really test it out. @3dscanstore any chance you can release/share displacement maps for metahuman? #unrealengine

Testing out high resolution displacement on my #MetaHuman Troll in 5.5 preview. The result is somewhat underwhelming and I cant help but think the result would be better with just a couple extra subdivisions on the base mesh... #UnrealEngine5 #ue5 #gamedev #unrealengine

Ducks Are Dangerous!! #ue5 #UnrealEngine #indiegame #gaming

Flight tests in my Islandia project. The visual style for Where the Duck are they? will probably lean more to a stylised direction but i wanted to test this out too. #UnrealEngine5 #ue5 #gamedev #indiegame #gaming #cozygames #ducks

Where the Duck are They? Coming to steam 2025! That's the plan anyway. Which title do you like best 1 or 2? #gamedev #indiegame #gaming #CozyVibes

#ThrowbackThursday to my first real #unrealengine project outside of a few quick tests at Weta. This was still in UE4 and took me a long time as I had to learn most things from scratch. #Cinematic #ShortFilm

Any thoughts on this technique I've been using for setting lighting intensity in a scene? I match the value of an unlit grey box to a Roughness 1 specular 0 grey box. (Spec 0 is important as spec is additive and effects darks disproportionally) I align the objects to camera if…
