Second this, I’ve also heard they sell the data which is why I stopped using it and went with @28wellness who also has cycle synced workouts - and their free version gives so much that I subscribed because it provided so much value ahead of time & is more than worth it.

@28wellness is so much better. I use the free version and it still educates you on your period and what’s happening to your body! Even recommends foods to help accommodate your hormones!
