I don’t think Grier or McDaniel are gone after this season (likely after ‘25), but I agree that complete blowups aren’t necessary in the modern NFL. We’ve seen teams rebuild on the fly without completely tear downs.
If you think the Dolphins should "blow it all up", you don't understand the NFL. Fire Grier, change HCs, but starting over is NOT the answer
