People will just casually be talking about how much their dogs weigh and I’m just there calculating if I either do or could weigh less than their dog 😅
Non-ED people really do just say the most triggering things because they’re so oblivious about what they’re saying?? Like, as I’m spiraling, they’re just going on with their lives as if they didn’t just make Proana Lite™️ comments at what should be a lighthearted get together.
Me when my therapist suggests that poor nutrition could be responsible for my terrible focus and proclivity for bed rotting:
Every time I see an account on here of someone younger than my eating disorder, I have to lie down, stare at the ceiling, and try to process that 🙃
