Gue pernah ngomong ke temen gue yg Islam, kalo gue Islam gue pasti rajin sholat. Bukan karena gue religius tapi it is a nice break from the daily, stressed situation. Bayangin lo lagi tengah2 kerja, bisa ambil waktu 15 menit buat me time. Bebersih, small stretching, sambil doa.
As Muslim, I wish this mindset came sooner to me: Shalat is not burden. When I learned to immerse & enjoy them, It’s a break from the noise of dunia. The most mandatory ibadah is actually a meditative body-mind reset. Shalat no longer feels like task,they’re GIFTS from Allah SWT.
