Mandate Toilet Facilities at All Youth Football Venues - Sign the Petition! chng.it/s6WQCKL6YF via @UKChange
We will not allow the sacrifices, efforts, and hope of Kamala Harris' campaign to be erased in this darkness. Add your name to say thank you and commit to keep fighting. sign.moveon.org/petitions/than…
Trump is not well— JD Vance would be a Big Mac away from being president. This is crazy thought. Vote for Kamala Harris.
Women's health and health care should never be subject to 'religious' ideology or misogyny. As has been said elsewhere, why is it that a fetus in a woman's uterus has human rights and 'religious' preeminence, yet a woman with a uterus has none, deprived of rights, and of health.
Unacceptable. Thank you for posting, @TheRealPBarry
Have we seen this in the Australian media? These attacks on the UN are extreme.
Want the Government to protect our buses? Sign the petition today! act.38degrees.org.uk/act/keep-the-b…
No wonder. He 'won' the debate - although this is not the universal verdict, it's pretty damning of Trump who cannot abide competition.
It's probably illegal
This Judge gets it. Women’s bodies belong to them. No one else. Ever.
NEW: THREAD: A new ruling from Judge McBurney in Georgia overturning the abortion ban and allowing the procedure to continue has some REMARKABLE quotes. Let's take a look at just a few. 1/
Relied on Menhennit ruling (Victoria) Levine (NSW) Bayliss (Queensland) and earlier Bourne (UK) ... common law to counter Offences Against the Person Act 1861 (UK) provisions making abortion illegal - procuring, etc. WA moved first (but limited) re decriminalisation early 1990s
I think there were some recent amendments including clarification around late term. SA was first Australian jurisdiction to legalise abortion in ? Early 70s. Several amendments since then have liberalised.
When a country loses its way. Oh, Amerika!
So much more than the Downton/Potter ...
Everyone will be talking about Harry Potter and Downton, but early years Maggie Smith was so so good.

A woman of struggle, a woman of wit, a woman amongst many! Thank you Sylvia Pankhurst and all who struggled with you ... the thousands nay the millions of women who have ensured that we women today are where we are, enabled to continue the struggle.
Sylvia Pankhurst died on this day, 27th September 1960. She will be forever remembered as a #campaigner for women's rights in the #suffragette movement, as a pacifist and anti-war campaigner, a #politicalactivist, committed #socialist & talented writer. May she rest in peace. ✊
I’m now at end of life care - palliative care-and will be going into a hospice for the foreseeable - thanks to everyone who sends me love and support- you’ve been amazing
It’s completely annoying we are still being made to justify our place in society
One of the easiest ways to get in is to apply to study theology apparently.

Never, in the history of humankind, has a posh white man been asked derisively how on earth he got into Oxford. Plenty should have been.
Ah, the men are up in arms on how I got into Oxford. I applied. Second, I was awarded the Clarendon (and yes, I will humblebrag out of annoyance), a scholarship for the top academic grades globally/rigorous application. I graduated with honors from Columbia University.
I love this man whoever he is
