I hate it here. Same shit, different year. Mariners blow a 10-game lead in the AL West. Houston Astros win the West. As much as this sucks, I tip my hat to the Astros, they are just better, they are run better, they are coached better. All of it.
The Astros were 12-24, 8.5 GB and dead last in the AL West on May 8th, and 33-40, 10.0 GB on June 18th. Today, they clinched the division... AGAIN. The Astros are inevitable.

The morning of June 19, the @Astros trailed the first-place Mariners by 10 games. A month later, Houston now leads the AL West by percentage points.
On June 18 the @astros were 33-40 & 10.0 games out. Just 24 games later, they are now in first. They're the second team in MLB history to go from being 5+ games under .500 & 10.0+ games back to being in first place in fewer than 25 games, along with the "Miracle Braves" of 1914.
