Today's #WorldPatientSafetyDay focuses on the importance of engaging patients for patient safety. The role of patients, their families and carers and others, working with healthcare staff, is vital to making care safer, and a key part of the NHS Patient Safety Strategy.
17 Sept is #WorldPatientSafetyDay, with the theme ‘engaging patients for patient safety’. We will be sharing a range of content this week, highlighting the importance of this, and how the NHS is working in partnership with patients, families and carers to make care safer.
