The fact that we can't fetch from paths from the same worker is a huge limitation for me. Having to bind the worker to itself shouldn't require env.worker.fetch syntactic sugar. Please proxy fetch('https://worker-address') to the same thing you do when binding.
Another thing that makes me reconsider cloud providers is that we can't do 'eval'. Allowing this at a fair price (not $0.02 per month per worker at workers for platforms) would allow my use case. Now I'm thinking Deno
