There was lot of confusion among the #indigoairlines ground-staff. There were huge queues, & no proper information being shared with waiting passengers. We kept checking with staff making calls for specific flights, but got to know about our flight when boarding had started!!
This is becoming too regular nowadays and neither @IndiGo6E nor Airport Authorities really bother/ care about customer inconvenience. @IndiGo6E is more interested in selling isle and window seats and jack up airfare. #lootersintheair
This report in #AnandabazarPatrika is very inaccurate! I had to catch the 9.45PM Indigo flight to Delhi from Kolkata last night, which took off more than 2.30hrs late, that too after a lot of confusion and chaos at the check-in counters!
