Probably one of the more discouraging elements of adulthood, is realizing that most people don't age out of high school behaviors & dynamics. Just being comfortable in your own skin, and confident in who you are, will put you ahead of most chaos.
Despite common belief, a lot of knowledge doesn't come from learning something new...it comes from rearranging old info they know, in new ways. It's why people grow faster in their areas of expertise. The Challenge: How can you better use what you already know, in a new way?
Move Fast & Forward. Don't wait to know it all. A lot of fear is based on the absence of certainty. If you can get comfortable navigating the unknown, you'll have incredible advantage. You'll figure it out as you go, and be further ahead when you land.
