While I am on here, after having gotten my refund from @SaksOFF5TH (which took reporting the issue to the BBB) I have another rant... @BankofAmerica I should have learned my lesson the first time, but I will never be your customer again and I’ll tell you why


🚫🚫🚫NEVER BUY FROM @SaksOFF5TH 🚫🚫🚫 They have a backlog of refunds that goes on for MONTHS!!! Literally this should be illegal, @BBBTriCounties is anyone looking into this?


Surprise! It has been another week and @SaksOFF5TH has not refunded me. I was never called back by a supervisor (although it has been 72 hours past the 24 hour window they promised) and they flat out refused to send me a receipt for my transaction.


Well, 24 hours has passed and surprise! No call back from @SaksOFF5TH customer service, although they assured me this was the best way to speak to a supervisor. #dobetter #sakssucks


I have been on the phone and asked to speak to an @SaksOFF5TH supervisor many times, yet they are always “busy”. I am wondering if they exist at all... I have supposedly secured a call back from one in 2-24 hours, i will keep you posted.


Then @SaksOFF5TH proceeds to take 490.05 (we will get into the balance another time assuming it will take a few more business days to get my refund) off my gift card.... and never return the balance to my credit card. Since then I have called, tweeted, emailed, etc to no end


Long story short, I had an order, it was on my credit card. As the closest @SaksOFF5TH was a whopping 4 hours away, I called customer service to ask if I could put part of the order on the gift card instead, and have the balance refunded to my credit card. They say of course!


53 business days ago, which is 79!!! Actual days ago, a younger, much dumber, me bought a @SaksOFF5TH gift card. This would happen to be one of the most terrible, Time consuming ordeals of my entire not quite middle aged life.


Should you happen on this account and wonder, throwaway account with the awesome cat photo, who hurt you? It was @SaksOFF5TH What happened you may ask? A bamboozlement so large that not only will I never shop their again, I have created an entire Twitter account to cope.


Today, is has been 53 business days since @SaksOFF5TH was supposed to refund me. I will now be posting at least once a day until this injustice has been resolved. In case you are @SaksOFF5TH the only message I will accept is that my refund has been processed.
