those 5 years that one direction was together, felt like the longest 5 years of my life. the excitement of getting home and logging in just to see what they were up to, the back to back events they were at that always provided new content, it just.. was so much fun as a fan
me scrolling on insta and seeing zayns tribute after i had just finishing feeling the emotions from louis’s post
it felt like we never got closure for 1d ending bc they promised they'd be back. even though i've moved on from the band in a lot of ways, it always felt like i was waiting for something to give me that closure. and now i know that whatever i was waiting for will never come.
