The football shirt flag furore is interesting. Previous shirts have used a range of colours for the England flag and there was barely a ripple. This one uses stripes of red and blue and they are up in arms because they think it looks "woke" - which in this case is code for "gay".
Let’s all take a moment to recognise how, regardless of how you feel about the PR machine and their handling of this, everyone’s basically bullied a person into revealing something they didn’t want to. Well done, us.
