“It’s just every nation on earth printing money to buy it.”
So it finally happened. After 3+ years, 1123 days to be exact, the prophecy IS fulfilled. Just woke up and opened my phone's wifi. So many noties started coming in that I immediately knew what just happened before even checking the price. Last space today. It will be scheduled.
Every Day Until 100k. Same time approximately. I'll be having a space where I will be playing "Don't Stop Believin'" by Journey 3 times, third being the live Houston version. Why? Cause is fckng awesome, that's why. The Prophecy Is Bein' Fulfilled. #LaserRayUntil100K
CNBC: volatility is like bad and stuff right?? @saylor: Satoshi stole fire from the gods. We unraveled its mysteries. Now we set their selfish kingdom ablaze. Our fury limitless. We break humanity’s chains with weapons wrought from holy flames. CNBC: *stunned silence*
My discussion of the economic benefits of Bitcoin scarcity & volatility, $MSTR treasury operations, the surge in corporations adopting $BTC strategies, and the opportunity that #Bitcoin represents to $MSFT shareholders, with @JoeSquawk and @BeckyQuick
🎯🎯🎯Institutions (& the state) are made up of people. Ideally, when fiat is no longer the standard, people will have the incentive to act more trustworthy and productive. High functioning society = more trust; people aren't incentivized to cheat.
The purpose of Bitcoin isn't to delete institutional trust. In a high functioning society we can trust institutions. The purpose is to give people the OPTION to not trust institutions, which actually makes institutions more trustworthy.
The banks have been weaponized by the government against US citizens. And it's now coming to light very publicly thanks to @pmarca interview on @joerogan My timeline is full of founders sharing their debanking story. Here's a debanking in the US mega thread 🧵
“But wasn’t it $99K last week?”
Yes—debanked repeatedly, in my company’s case (@custodiabank). Keep an eye on our pending lawsuit against the Fed. Oral argument is scheduled for Jan 21 (the day after Inauguration Day)

I would not be surprised if we see broker shenanigans on $MSTR like we did with $GME in the past. It's going viral in the same way... Circuit breaker or close only type situation. @lylepratt
PSA for new #Crypto "traders": when the supply of #Solana shitcoins is near-infinite, there is rapidly decreasing chance of you 'making it' on trading them. The days of the 2017 ICO and 2021 NFT #Ethereum bubble are long behind us. The supply is increasing, and half-life is…
this seems super healthy and sustainable and good for crypto!
nothing to see here. #bitcoin continuing to melt TradFi brains... $IBIT options going to make $TSLA '20-'21 look like a test run.
A few hundred million so far in options volume on $IBIT (a ton for Day One).. here's a rank of the contracts by volume, it's almost all calls. Seems very bullish, esp the Dec20th C100, which is basically betting price of btc will double in the next month.
What @RussellOkung is talking about is going to become much more common. e.g. If you pay my salary in fiat - it's going to be 20% more expensive. Or - prepay several year contracts in btc for massive discount vs. long-term fiat contracts. #bitcoin
I offered an nfl owner the bitcoin solution to save money. now they will pay premium
The dumb reality is that this is how millions of people think about everything crypto. Speaking in sats is already a necessity. At 100k, 1k sats = $1. A bit easier to comprehend, but going to be an uphill battle.
