What's the point in anything anymore
This is one of a long list of reasons I'm so glad I don't drink alcohol anymore. Over 4 months and do not miss it!

Lucid dreams inside other dreams.. can get quite scary when you have several false awakenings, woke up exhausted..could be because I have a fever, I usually have lucid dreams very rarely, the past 3 nights 3 in a Rowe ➡️Have any of you guys experienced unintentional lucid dreams?

When a trauma you have tried to bury in your head comes up.. unexpectedly from someone you don't know very well.. and more to the point how do they know about it. So much for confidentiality.. I know my power is held in how I react to it.. thanks for the trigger.. many tears 😭

2 months of not drinking(I didn't drink all the time but was a 2-4 nights a month binge drinker) I certainly don't miss any of it.. especially the hangovers, I have a broken foot but I've been out for coffee and a lemonade in a pub another day(hopping lol) a happy choice 🙂👌😎
