My job within Jacksonville DSA is basically helping people touch grass, which usually involves me forcing newbies into conversations, peer pressuring people into social gatherings, and organizing pickleball. Sick of you people on the internet. Fight cops? You have social anxiety.

The gentrifiers aren't the people moving in. The gentrifiers are the landlords, the business owners, the city council members, and the mayor. The people with the actual power. I have my problems with the white middle class guy, but him buying a house is not one of them.
