A better way to look at it is the budget spent per km of road in the city. Mumbai spends nearly twice that of NY city for every km of road.

Solar power increased 10X in the last 10 years. It is on pace to increase ~10X within another 10 years. The will be the equivalent of multiplying the entire world’s fleet of nuclear reactors by 8x in less than the time it takes to build ... one nuclear reactor.
