Editing the 2nd draft of my current WIP has been interesting. I'm halfway through and I've already chopped off 4K words. But it's all to tighten up the story, so I'm excited #amwriting #amediting #WritingCommunity

How do y'all keep track when #amediting? #amwriting is a lot easier because the #wordcount just goes up each day. But it's all weird when editing because I end up deleting more than I add, at least in the beginning. So it just looks like I'm chopping it all off #WritingCommunity
