Monash HPR successfully recovered Project Zenith after it's first launch! The rocket was recovered successfully with both mains and drogue parachutes deployed. We were able to gather valuable data and key learnings which we will use to improve for our next launch!

Reflecting on the first launch of Project Zenith, our progression from COTS solid motors to SRAD hybrid motors, it takes hundreds of hours to build a rocket for the few seconds it takes to reach apogee. It has meant that our launch procedures have become more complex!

🌟 Meet Our Project Leads for Project Wyvern! 🌟 Introducing Jayanth Shivanand and Amy Pang, the dynamic duo leading Project Wyvern for AURC 2024. #monashhpr #hpr #rocketry #engineering #monashuniversity #monashengineering #studentteam #aerospace #rocket #engineer #aurc #aurc2024

In collaboration with @LEAP Australia, Monash HPR has brought Project Zenith to life in augmented reality. At our recent showcase night, AR was used to highlight key internal and external features of our rocket using Vuforia Studio.
