That is a great idea. If we had an extra team of volunteers to make the event more accessible, that would be an incredible help. Our current staff gets so lost in creative & admin measures. So extra folks willing to help make the haunt easier to navigate would be a godsend 😭

I have given a prior list of changes to make & due to not living close by plus struggling with balancing my chronic pain disability & trying to do ALL the things, the ball got dropped. I’ll make sure my items & new feedback on fixes are implemented. This is important.
For added visibility this morning, to address issues last night that we take very seriously. We have already drafted a list of changes we can make over the next couple of weeks, then months, measured changes by our Christmas haunt, then more by Valentines.

Having a great time at HHN & I love the accessibility changes, but this is another time where a posted standby wait time is not accurate @UniversalORL I’m starting to not trust lines posted under 30 mins due to inaccuracy & that’s not good for our stamina :-/ just some feedback
