@eurowings I have used your company twice, the first with a delay of 6 hours to my final destination and the second with a 4 hour and you are not even answering emails… this is completely unacceptable! Any solution, or should we proceed legally?

I did and zero response from Eurowings! You have 4 daily flights from Dusseldorf to London! How come ur baggage srrvice has not even responded to my submitted report and 2 emails? Most of ur flights are delayed, loosings luggage and most staff unhelpful! Your airline is terrible!

Flew with @eurowings from Dusseldorf to zakynthos yesterday. 7 of our suitcases got lost during the flight and contacting them seems impossible... Right now on our way to buy new clothes for a whole week. Great beginning of the holiday so far (not)!!

Something has to be done in Germany about d 🚈& ✈️ delays. @eurowings morning flight to Berlin delayed for 2 hours, I will miss my appointment coz of dis, but once again, who cares? D customer is not a human being. Dis Zombie Customer Culture in Germany has to stop.

@eurowings should get an award for never being on time. This is the third time I am flying with Eurowings and not surprised to see this flight being delayed as well, by more than an hour.
