The Eagle Gymnastics team had a great showing today in the OHSAA District Meet held at BGSU. They finished 3rd as a team missing qualifying for State by .5 points. Congratulations to State Qualifiers Brooke Mangette and Mya Stevenson who have qualified as individuals.
Congrats to the Eagle Gymnasts scoring a record high team score of 136.95 today placing 2nd to Perrysburg!! We had several individual placings, Mya 3rd V, 1st UB, 4th BB, 2nd FX, 3rd AA. Brooke 4th V/UB, 6th AA. Natalie 6th V/UB, 2nd FX 5th AA.
The girls 4x400 team of Maisy Stevenson, Lilly Mullholand, Talia Baum and Mikayla Hoelter finished 6th in 4:10.99, a season best.
So proud of the effort these athletes gave not only today, but all season long! We will miss our seniors dearly and wish them the best in the future plans. Hope our underclassmen were watching, because this senior class trained, competed, & were committed to this team & our sport

Something special took place today! In this picture are 2 moms who ran for Eastwood that started the streak in 2001 & now their daughters are part of the 21st. Whitney Recker and her daughter Addie, Coaches Nikki Sabo & Richard Morgan, and Jamie Henline and her daughter Kyrie.
The Eagle track and field program went 4 for 4 in NBC Championships this weekend. Middle school boys and high school girls extended their streak to 21 straight championships. Thank you to all the parents, fans, family, and friends that came out and supported us today.
