❓Whilst we recognise that salt affects blood pressure, did you know that too much salt can affect the body negatively in many other ways? 👉This further supports the advice to eat less than 6g salt per day to reduce risk. 👉Link to reference here - pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32057379/
