Areas without a Primary Care MDT have been disadvantaged for years & will be for years to come until there is complete rollout. I dont think most patients are even aware that they are at a huge disadvantage compared to their neighbours sometimes only a few miles down the road.

A timely reminder today that England have instructed an early pay review body report for next year (25/6) to get uplift into pockets in April next year. Meanwhile we stall, bicker and let our staff down here for this year (24/5, and it’s November!!)
