Being on the spectrum can be so hard to manage and difficult to understand. Most times our brains aren’t processing information as regular people. Autism isn’t something that you wish away, I think people need to be more compassionate and gentle. We struggle a lot so be kind.


Being on the spectrum isn’t the easiest thing but good and fine everyone says you are special and gifted. That doesn’t mean you would still have meltdowns and have really bad days.


I can’t sleep, I had a stressful day yesterday and I haven’t been able to fall asleep all night. I had two meltdowns and it was difficult to talk through them. I eventually slept in the afternoon, then I went out in evening to see my friend. Once I got home I was sensory seeking


Omg 😱, I played ball with my twin and some other amazing and talented footballers.
