Not sure what this is, but it’s got us rolling over here! @ Upper Gull Lake instagram.com/p/CB9iHx1AyaZ/…
So true! If you don’t have time for these, you are not prioritizing the right work!
Some teams claim they're "too busy" to: 1. Write tests 2. Speed up the build process 3. Configure CI / CD 4. Mock the API 5. Configure linting / autoformatting 6. Do code reviews Yes, these things take time. But, in the long-run, these things *save* time. ⏳
[Possibly] unpopular opinion: Offering remote work is great, but there is 100% value to being in the same physical office / workplace as other members of your team and company. There are a lot of solid remote tools today, but none that fully replace direct human interaction.
What a great resource, thank you for sharing! Optimistic there are positives that will come out of the additional time being spent at home. My partner and I also took the time to enroll in some classes as a way to spend our time. #learneveryday #lifelonglearning

Still love this one so much! So simple!
X - The business won't let us mob Me - Have you tried calling it "a meeting"?
This is the best!
The real lesson is that under conditions of true complexity--where the knowledge required exceeds that of any individual and unpredictability reigns--efforts to dictate every step from the center will fail.
This is very well written and compelling!
My last week at @GustoHQ I stayed up late one night. I didn't let myself sleep until I'd written down the best advice I had for my friends who now continue the good work there: medium.com/dangerous-engi…
Page 18 of the current DORA report has a nice table, but I've not seen a single public webpage equivalent services.google.com/fh/files/misc/…
So proud of this girl!
